1. Unplug the power to both the black Motorola modem and the Netgear wireless router.
  2. Plug the power cord back into the Motorola modem FIRST and wait till most of the lights are solid usually takes about 30 seconds).
  3. SECOND, plug the power cord back into the Netgear wireless router and wait about 30 seconds for it to fully boot up.
  4. You should have internet access back at this point.


NOTE: Please DO NOT push the reset button in the back of the Netgear wireless router as this will reset it to factory defaults and erase the configuration in the router.
