- Unplug the power to both the black Motorola modem and the Netgear wireless router.
- Plug the power cord back into the Motorola modem FIRST and wait till most of the lights are solid usually takes about 30 seconds).
- SECOND, plug the power cord back into the Netgear wireless router and wait about 30 seconds for it to fully boot up.
- You should have internet access back at this point.
NOTE: Please DO NOT push the reset button in the back of the Netgear wireless router as this will reset it to factory defaults and erase the configuration in the router.
